Message from The Arc of Monroe President & CEO – Barb Wale:
As many of you know, I have been with the Arc of Monroe County for the past 30 years. I am so very proud to have been able to represent and serve this organization over time.
My vision for the Arc of Monroe County as we move forward include a focus upon our SCORE:
- STAFF DEVELOPMENT - work with staff talent and to promote from within our agency– to nurture and promote our own employees by offering educational and training opportunities when possible
- CORE DEVELOPMENT - a focus upon the growth of our individuals, their talents and strengths
- OPEN – I will always have an open door policy for all employees with The Arc of Monroe
- RECOGNIZE the talents of the individuals that we employ
- ENCOURAGMENT for everyone – individuals, family, friends, staff, Greater Rochester community, etc – that have been touched by The Arc of Monroe County.
