Community Residential Habilitation

Unique, home-based assistance to meet unique, home-based needs.

Community Residential Habilitation is a home-based program providing customized assistance for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Whether they live with family or on their own in the community, the individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities we serve receive support tailored to meet their needs. From personal hygiene and self-care, to assistance with social skills, household chores, grocery shopping, and transportation to medical appointments, each program is tailored to help individuals live as independently as possible.

The members of the residential habilitation team are employees of The Arc of Monroe County and are trained to ensure that the individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities receive the appropriate assistance they need.
