Success starts with knowledge, advocacy, and the support of people who believe.
The Arc of Monroe County Service Coordination program provides a personalized one-on-one approach, enabling individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to achieve self-fulfillment and success.
Eligible individuals choose a Service Coordinator, whose role is to research available options and resources. The Service Coordinator helps individuals and their families make educated choices about housing, employment, and recreational activities, allowing persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
Highly trained and culturally sensitive, our Service Coordinators ensure that the various services work together to meet the needs of the service recipient.
