Barb and her husband Robert live in Fairport. They have two sons, Michael, 27 and Adam, 23. Barb received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree’s in Speech Pathology from SUNY Geneseo. She also has received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Bittner School of Business at St. John Fisher College. Barb started her career at The Arc in 1978.

Tracy and her husband Roy live in Pittsford with their three children, Jared, Riley & Thomas. Tracy received her Associates Degree from Alfred State College and her Bachelor’s Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Tracy has worked as a CPA at Eldreidge, Fox & Porretti for several years. Prior to coming to The Arc, Tracy worked as the Director of Financial Services at Heritage Christian Services.

Maureen and her husband Chris live in Honeoye Falls. Maureen has three children, Chelsea, Katie and Jamie.   Maureen brings with her over 20 years of non-profit financial experience. Maureen started with The Arc in 2005.

Rod Christian joined The Arc Foundation in 2010 after spending four years at Mary Cariola Center as director of agency advancement. Prior to that, Christian spent 12 years as executive director of Heritage Christian Services Foundation. He managed capital campaigns during his time with both organizations. Christian earned his B.A. from St. John Fisher College and his Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport.  He resides in Penfield with his wife and three children.

Dawn has worked in the field for over 29 years.  Her education is Business Management and Special Education.  She has been employed with The Arc of Monroe in leadership positions since 2002.  Dawn lives in Fairport with her husband Chuck.

Jackie and her husband Tom live in Mendon with her daughter, Nicole, son, DJ and stepson, Tony. Jackie has a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Roberts Wesleyan College. Jackie started to work for The Arc in 2004. Jackie was the recipient of the 2009 Roger J. Robach Award.

Kathy lives in Irondequoit. She is the mother of two grown children. Kathy has a BA degree from Daemen College. Kathy has worked in the field for 14 years in management of supported and sheltered employment and management/administration of residential development and services. Kathy also has a background in real estate development and management.

Pam has worked at The Arc of Monroe County since 1982.  She began her employment as the Secretary to the Diagnostic Evaluation Unit, and currently holds the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.  Pam obtained her Associate’s Degree from Genesee Community College.  She currently resides in Rochester, NY.

Karen has worked for 23 years in the HR Field. Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Social Work from SUNY Fredonia. She received her Senior Professional in HR certification in June 2008. Karen lives in Honeoye Falls with her husband Cody and her two sons, Casey and Patrick. Karen has worked for The Arc since 2007.

Kathy has been with The Arc for over 30 years in a variety of position. Currently Kathy enjoys combining business and human service objectives as the Sr. Administrator for ArcWorks, Job Path, DeliWorks and Community Outreach. Kathy is the proud Mom of two wonderful teenage daughters.

Ray and his wife Jane live in Honeoye Falls. They have three children, Greg, Jeff, and Jackie. Ray has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University, and an MBA in Applied Decision Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Arc, Ray held numerous Information Technology leadership positions at Eastman Kodak Company.

Joni has worked for The Arc for 32 years. She started as a volunteer and was hired to be a secretary in the Arc Workshop. For the past 26-27 years she has primarily been an assistant to the Sr. Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and President/CEO. Joan was honored to be the 2001 Employee of the Year and the recipient of the 2005 Roger J. Robach Award.
