The Jim Mroczek Center was named after and dedicated to our immediate past president of 35 years, James G. Mroczek,  in October of 2008 as a community resource center.  It is open to the individuals we serve as well as the general public.

The goal of the Jim Mroczek Center is to be a resource center for the Greater Rochester Community, a place to learn and share one’s knowledge with others in the community. There is a computer tutoring program that is run out of the JMC that teams up community members up with an individual we serve to help teach and increase computer literacy skills. There are computers available for public use as well as a small library for people to utilize.

Our volunteer program is housed in the JMC. So, if you want to make a difference in someone’s life as well as your own, check out our volunteer opportunities. There is something for everyone!

The Jim Mroczek Center is located at 985 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14620 and is open to the public    Monday-Friday from 8:30pm-4:30pm. Please call 672-2202 with any questions.
