98 PXY High School Challenge Teams Up With The Arc
- Money raised through the challenge will benefit The Arc of Monroe’s Capital Campaign -

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (March 8, 2012) – High schools around the Greater Rochester area are all competing to win a free concert through the 2012 98 PXY High School Challenge. The school that raises the most money for The Arc of Monroe County will win a concert from Columbia Records national recording artist, Breathe Carolina.

“This is a fun, interactive challenge to motivate high school students to give back to the community and get a one-of-a-kind concert,” says Steve Chartrand, CEO of The Arc Foundation. “The money raised through the high school challenge will go towards The Arc of Monroe’s first ever capital campaign. These donations will help the “In the Name of Love” campaign to renovate and rebuild the outdated Southwest Campus.”

High school students, facility, staff, family and friends are asked to collect donations through their high school until March 23. 98 PXY will be broadcasting live from Marketplace Mall and accepting donations March 9, 16, and 23 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
