- Job Path – Job Path is recognized as a leader in providing innovative employment services that support individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities in Monroe County. Our placement services are responsive to the needs of both the individual seeking employment and the employer. We provide on-going support services that are individualized and that maximize opportunities for growth and independence. Job Path provides information and training to employers regarding developmental disabilities and/or mental retardation. - ArcWorks – ISO 9001:2000 certified, ArcWorks is a sheltered employment program that enjoys success and recognition as a premier provider of program and business services in our community. For individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities, ArcWorks offers vocational training, paid work opportunities and on-site support, as well as benefits such as paid holiday and vacation time. Members of the ArcWorks team experience all the benefits of job training in a supportive environment, while performing sub-contract work for the business community. At ArcWorks, our success is measured by the extent to which an individual reaches their vocational potential.
- Deliworks – DeliWorks, a subsidiary of The Arc of Monroe County, is a full service cafeteria that is committed to assessment, training, and employment opportunities that support individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities in the workplace. Located at Al Sigl Center, DeliWorks operates in conjunction with The Arc of Monroe County’s vocational services to provide a work environment where individuals learn food services skills, while acquiring a solid work ethic in an integrated setting.
