Cultivating a Diverse Workforce in Rochester.

To RSVP, please fill out the form below.

Join us for a business networking breakfast presented by Job Path and ArcWorks, employment service programs of the Arc of Monroe. This event will offer attendees an opportunity to hear from the Honorable Bob Duffy, President and CEO of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, former Lieutenant Governor and Mayor of Rochester. As one of Rochester’s top business leaders, Mr. Duffy will speak on the latest in workforce development, job trends, and about local businesses hiring persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities and how doing so boosts their bottom line and enriches their workforce.

The Arc of Monroe is the leader in upstate New York for workforce development programs for adults and youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The agency has operated successful employment programs that prepare and support persons with disabilities for the workforce (at more than 200 local employers and at Arc Works, an ISO-Certified assembly and packaging center).
