Our Community Resource Specialist (CRS) can help individuals and families with a variety of supports, like OPWDD and Medicaid paperwork, and other basic needs.
The six day service locations throughout Monroe County give people opportunities to learn new skills, build lasting friendships and give back to their community.
This is an individualized service provided in a person’s home or in the community, that supports people in becoming as independent as possible by building daily living skills.
We provide an opportunity for older adults to be active and out in the community, choosing how they spend their days.
This community service prepares people with I/DD and their families for flying commercially out of Rochester.
