James V.C. & Anita Lambert Enrichment Campus

A new state-of-the art facility, spacious core rooms, extensive therapy equipment and strong community volunteer programs are the hallmarks of this program. Conveniently located on West Henrietta Road, it also offers a fully accessible kitchen and computer room.

“I was petrified about her going into an adult day program. I wasn’t sure she could handle it. But to me it’s even better than before. I fell in love with the Arc staff and how they greeted me. I liked their welcoming nature and the overall feel of the place. I said ‘I think it’s awesome here.’”

Ballantyne offers a host of meaningful activities, ranging from horticulture to fitness classes; music to massage therapy. The program also supports older adults (including those with dementia), all in a warm and caring environment.

This innovative program offers extensive, wide-ranging services. Fitness programs at the local YMCA, iPads, hands-on activities, and a host of therapeutic services are among Fairport’s many offerings. The program specializes in supporting people with autism, providing extensive support to them as they work to develop their communication and social skills.

This home-like setting supports 10-15 people with autism or a similar disability. There is a strong focus on sensory activities and community-based activities, with people volunteering for Meals on Wheels and Ronald McDonald House.

Community Arts Connection

A diverse array of offerings in the arts is offered at this site, located near College Town. A dance troupe, community-based musical group, and programs in the visual, fiber and literary arts make this program best in class. Our instructors encourage creative, original self-expression, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to flourish.

Community Connections

Community Connections is all about building independence and work skills.  People at Community Connections volunteer extensively in the community to prepare them for the workforce. These volunteer opportunities build their social and work skills, as well as help them identify their employment interests. The Community Connections program is modeled after a typical workplace, with defined responsibilities and expectations and a collaborative, team-centered environment.
