The Arc of Monroe’s employment services team is ready to help with skills evaluation and readiness, training, placement, and ongoing job coaching. We meet a person where they are, with the services that best prepare them for satisfying competitive employment.
“The Arc helped me get this job. I’ve been very fortunate to have some great support. The staff is very helpful. They have helped me become a stronger advocate for myself. They’ve taught me how to stand up for myself. That can be very hard for me and took me a while to get used to. They say trust yourself, you can do this and we’ll be behind you if needed. They always say ‘you’ll be fine.’”
– Lidia Kunz, UR Medicine
